Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Laravel Developer to lead backend work on our recruitment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable Laravel services and APIs
• Own database design, query performance and caching
• Review code and mentor mid-level developers
• Integrate third-party services (payments, AI, messaging)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 5+ years with PHP/Laravel in production
• Strong SQL and API design skills
• Experience with queues, caching and testing
